The chassis ready to teardown. Where would we be without digital cameras?
The engine came out nice and easy!
Minor surface rust only.
So far all nuts and bolts have come apart fairly easily.
Although it will no doubt change, I recorded where all the shims went.
Front suspenion looking good.
Rear springs covered in dirt and minor surface rust. Off to the sand blaster!
Front suspension shims for camber adjustment.
Rear axle, off to be professionally rebuilt.
After 6 hours we have a bare chassis at last! Ready for sandblasting.
Timber dash panel is in good condition.
Boot lid and bonnet appear to be in good condition.
Transmission tunnel cover needs minor repairs.
Fuel tank is clean inside, outside is minor surface rust only.
Coil looking very forlorn.
